  • Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

    Domestic Shipping (Australia)

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays)

    International Shipping We do not currently ship worldwide, we do apologise.

    Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

    Lost or Delayed Parcels We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Returns & Exchanges Policy

    At Scripted Souls, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

    Eligibility

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    • To be eligible, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

    • We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition custom pieces.

    How to Return

    1. Email us at contact@scriptedsouls.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll send you the return instructions and shipping details.

    3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

    Exchanges

    • Need a different size or design? Contact us within 30 days and we’ll happily arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

    • If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

    Refunds

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Please note it may take a few extra days for your bank to show the refund on your statement.
