Each Script Deck is a custom, hand-drawn piece created to your specifications. Because of the personalised nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made products.
Please ensure all details (such as names, words, or phrases) are correct at the time of ordering, as once the design process begins, changes cannot be made.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your deck, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can work with you to resolve the problem.
Shipping & Fulfilment
Each Script Deck is custom designed and hand-drawn by Luke, making every piece truly one of a kind. Because of the care and detail that goes into creating your design, please allow up to two weeks from the date of your order for your deck to be completed and ready for shipping.
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your deck’s journey to your door.
